Role: Part Time Talent Resourcer
Why we need you? Due to an intake of recent client growth, we are now looking to expand our in- house team and bring on board a Talent Resourcer/Recruitment Assistant to deliver on client recruitment projects. This person will be required to source top talent across all the best and most widely used online platforms in the UK for various roles that our clients have given us to fill.
Working predominantly alongside our client ‘account managers’, we envision that the talent you’re able to bring in and present, will be the critical element that helps us deliver our best in-house recruitment service to our clients.
Throughout a client project, we may require you to help us with: 1. Creating an innovative and proactive sourcing plan to attract, engage with, evaluate and track talent.. 2. Leverage all possible candidate sourcing channels to drive a higher volume of qualified talent into our hiring process. 3. Post vacant roles onto external sites. 4. Manage our application process and filter out the best applications to forward onto our account managers for open roles. 5. Proactively search for, identify, network with and directly contact active and passive job seekers for challenging to hire vacancies. 6. Track and communicate sourcing activity to the Account Manager as necessary.
Who is our ideal candidate? Our ideal profile for this role is someone who is familiar with sourcing top talent for job roles. You should have a good understanding of the best places to find these exceptional candidates and where to post roles to gain traction. You will be dedicated to delivering the best people to fill our clients vacancies and pass these onto the Account Manager to progress them. You will be highly resourceful with previous sourcing experience.
We would all work well with someone who has a mature, responsible approach to work, who wants to deliver for clients and who is looking for a team environment that is challenging yet at the same time, flexible, with open communication, and a value for personal well-being as well as professional development. We want someone who has had experience of pressing deadlines, managing multiple priorities and is exceptionally good with people. By good with people, we mean, your communication skills need to be exceptional.
You need to have a passion for on-time work delivery and place a huge emphasis on quality while delivering. Equally important to us is someone who is driven, responsive & commercially orientated, a pragmatic problem solver, with a human-centred approach at all times, a confident communicator, resilient, emotionally mature/ self- aware, calm under pressure, and reliable.
Ideally you also come with a Psychology degree as we have found this only increases your chances of success here.
Also - it’s really important that you are tech savvy and can whizz through a PC or Mac to get an optimal result, whether it be on excel, PowerPoint, email or Word.
