HR Diagnostic
The HR360 Diagnostic is a comprehensive audit of your business, specifically relating to your people. It enables you to have a complete overview of where you are today, with a plan put in place to get you to where you want to be in the future.
After the diagnostic, you will be provided with a report summarising, what you have in place currently, what’s working well and what is missing.
We will then arrange a time to meet with you, in person or remotely, to discuss our findings and next steps (should you wish to take them).

HR Administration
HR360 support many businesses with a fully outsourced HR Administration function, this enables businesses to know any HR support their employees and managers need is being taken care of. You know your system is an accurate reflection of your business, all holiday requests are logged and actioned, sickness is recorded with any trends analysed, and you are made aware if anything is flagged. All documentation is correctly processed and stored, with reminders set up for probation reviews, performance reviews, new starter check-ins which keeps you on track with
where you need to be.
We even set up a dedicated HR inbox specifically for you, where all queries and enquiries from team members are responded to and actioned, only getting you involved when you need to be, keeping you away from getting bogged down by the detail.
